Thanks. Doesn't change the fact that not everyone is an insider in the Trump administration, sits on $50M+, and can get a banking charter. This bill is extremely disruptive to innovation and American ideals by handing everything over to banks. It effectively bans non-banks from touching flow of funds and bans giving consumers true yield through stablecoins. Expansion of dollar denomination of stablecoins makes more sense (and I'd support Bessent on this specific angle), but the implicit nuke is on a lot of stablecoins that are not USDC + dries up liquidity.

That guy was blocked for personal attacks and is trying to recharacterize it as “facts” and “research”. Happy to discuss stocks anytime but if you delve into false character assassination, then I have no trouble blocking. Burry will block on the other hand if you point out something inconsistent with their few hundred dollar/month thesis.

We both know that this is complete BS to gaslight retail. This act is more harmful to crypto than Gary Gensler going after every fintech company. The Clarity act is forced dollar denomination to crypto (which drains liquidity) and hands complete control over flow of funds to companies with banking charters. Institutions can already interact with crypto without the act passing. This is just an poision pill by bank lobbying to nuke competition so they can keep their .01% interest rate checking and prevent any other fintech from disrupting their 2 day ACH flow of funds.

What a load of BS. Banks and others can already interact with crypto markets. The Clarity Act just expands on forced dollar denomination while drying up liquidity from yields. Of course the best case scenario is the type of job where you genuinely enjoy the work that you’re doing. And that you would do it all in your free time. I find that when you do that money comes naturally.
