That’s exactly why I created this account — to call out BS and genuinely help you all. This is what they tried hiding: $BKKT has a long track record of diluting shareholders: Feb 2024: Issued ~1.4M shares + warrants in a registered direct offering. Jul 2025: Issued another ~6.75M shares + pre-funded warrants in a $75M public offering, when the stock was trading around $24, but sold them to institutions at ~$10 (60%+ discount), triggering massive losses for retail. And this isn’t new, the pattern has been the same almost every year: hype retail with marketing -> issue discounted stock to raise cash -> repeat. Just a reminder X is full of snake oil.
