We both know that this is complete BS to gaslight retail. This act is more harmful to crypto than Gary Gensler going after every fintech company. The Clarity act is forced dollar denomination to crypto (which drains liquidity) and hands complete control over flow of funds to companies with banking charters. Institutions can already interact with crypto without the act passing. This is just an poision pill by bank lobbying to nuke competition so they can keep their .01% interest rate checking and prevent any other fintech from disrupting their 2 day ACH flow of funds.
