I was thinking the same way when I made my original comments on expecting 3-18m delay if mobilized troops are hostile. And was focused more on defense/military contractors. However given trump’s comments about the situation, it looks like things are moving faster than expected and this is on home turf w/ modern military equipment + intelligence so it probably won’t be a repeat of Iraq
