I went from 600 followers to 6k+ in the last week or two as well, so I can empathize with you. But for me at least, I'm happier with a larger following because I have the potential to help more people. I've definitely grown a bit more cautious though throwing out thoughts because a ton of people will blindly follow. But I'm used to it since I came from Reddit to X already with a decent sized following.
